Briana Cook

Briana has spent nearly two decades as a massage therapist. Over those years she has provided bodywork for world-class athletes and Olympic competitors, alongside the everyday clients who make up her practice today.

Her approach is holistic and fascia-focused. She treats the body as a connected whole and shapes each session in the moment, weaving in PNF stretching, active release technique, trigger point therapy, fascia unwinding, and conscious breathwork as your body calls for them. No two sessions are the same.

She works comfortably in both English and Spanish. Her practice is small, private, and currently by referral, built around a simple idea: that good bodywork should feel personal, attentive, and genuinely restorative.
